You came up with many excellent questions. In particular, questions 36 - 42 point to the possible focus for an NGO that you will eventually come up with. Most of your questions deal with constructive steps that can be taken to decrease the likelihood that someone will attempt suicide. I'm afraid that your questions about assisted suicide / euthanasia may get you off track as that is a huge area in itself. To be honest, I don't think they fit well with your other questions, which interrelate with each other much better. I look forward to the fruits of your research.
